Executive companies were established to offer building construction services, building design, and supervision, participation in tenders and auctions, opening of letters of credit with banks to obtain loans from banks and financial and credit institutions, importing and exporting commodities, clearance of goods from domestic customs, trading authorized commercial goods, establishing any domestic and foreign commercial activity for machinery, equipment, goods and services, raw materials and construction materials, and trading properties, and granting agency concerning company’s area of activity in case of legal necessity, and taking the necessary measures after obtaining the necessary permits from the relevant authorities.
